Participant’s self-assessment of knowledge of eight subject matters before and after taking the course on a 10-point Likert scale ranked as follows:

• Change Management: 75% increase in knowledge (from 4.16 to 7.30)
• Cultural Competency: 38% increase in knowledge (from 5.64 to 7.78)
• Discrimination and Harassment: 26% increase in knowledge (from 6.47 to 8.14)
• Effective Communication: 18% increase in knowledge (from 6.92 to 8.16)
• Gender Equity: 36% increase in knowledge (from 5.75 to 7.84)
• Imposter Syndrome: 76% increase in knowledge (from 4.14 to 7.30)
• LGBTQ Issues: 57% increase in knowledge (from 4.68 to 7.35)
• Unconscious Bias: 38% increase in knowledge (from 5.88 to 8.14)
